Merry Christmas Dr. Danyo, or Happy Holidays, Often you can find a decent Doctor but the staff are “cold” or unprofessional. Other times it can be the opposite for those of us who don’t have “connections”. It’s rare when you find both. I need not tell you what kind of job you did. I do, however, will sing Kathleen’s (patient care-coordinator) praises. She not only was professional and caring toward Linda but toward me. She spent solid time with both Linda and myself. No question was too little or trivial. Time needed was given to us and even encouraged us to call anytime we had a question or concern.
